DDM will implement a Point of Sales system that will aid the company in managing inventory, sales, suppliers and customers. Stock alerts will advice the company to re-order when inventory level reaches a critical limit. Real-time financial reports give the management team the ability to make fast and accurate decision. DDM Solutions’ new interactive website will serve as its marketing tool to tap into the potentials of the global market.

MPC10 - Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) – Air License System CAAS is currently using MS Excel to track and update licenses. Without a central database, staff has to save the spreadsheet onto several diskettes and pass them around for each other to update their share. This could potentially introduce a lot of errors and it is not easy for airlines to check their license status. The proposed system aims to solve these problems by introducing a central database and features like expiry and under-utilization prompt and immediate revocation when licenses expire or are under-utilized.

Customers’ information is not stored and managed efficiently. Blueprint Studio Online System computerizes the management of operations at Blueprint Studio. The same system can be used in any other companies that provide rental services. Its computerized booking and fee management modules allow automatic calculation of payments, penalties and online booking. It’s built in Customer Relationship Management modules provide membership functionalities to keep track and recommends incentives of recurring customers.

Processing of orders, inventory management and procurement are currently manual processes at East Breeze. This leads to inefficiency and a high rate of human error. The Automated Fish Farm Inventory and Order System allow buyers to browse and monitor the daily fluctuation of fish prices and quantity available at East Breeze in the same fashion as commodities trading systems. Orders may be placed online. Order processing is automated to cut down on the error prone tasks of order reconciliation, stock checks and procurement. The system may also be used in the tropical pet fish industry or similar industries in the domain of trade and distribution.

For customers who prefer to be served, the Online Food Delivery System’s Mobile Ordering module allows waiters to take orders via Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) reducing errors in accepting orders verbally and recorded on paper.
