The Student Internship Programme (SIP) is a compulsory subject to be taken by all students in Temasek Business School. Like all other subjects, students must successfully complete the SIP before they can graduate with the respective diplomas.

Students can choose to secure their own industry placements, or leave the allocation of the attachment placement to the School. To ensure that they get attached to a company and training of their choice, students are strongly encouraged to self-secure their own placements. Otherwise, with the large number of students to manage, the School may not be able to attach students to a placement that will totally match their course of study and/or located near their homes.
