Course Synopsis
Participants will receive broad-based training in the basics of business and management. The curriculum covers the core knowledge and skills that supervisors and executives are expected to have. In the final year of study, participants are given the flexibility to focus on their preferred areas of specialisation.
Graduates will acquire a global outlook and sharpen their problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges prevalent in today’s business environment. Problem-based learning approach will be adopted, where appropriate, to encourage independent and life-long learning.
Career Opportunities
Graduate of this course can move into supervisory and management-related positions in disciplines of their choice.
Advanced Standing
This Diploma has been granted Advanced Standing from the following universities:-
- Australian National University (ANU)
- La Trobe University
- SIM University (UniSIM)
- University of Sydney
- The University of Newcastle
The number of credits awarded will depend on the graduand's actual course choices in the diploma.

Duration
3 years. Three times a week.
2 weekdays evenings from 7pm to 10pm and Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm.

Course Fees (Inclusive of GST) Per Year
Self-paying Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents*:
- $428.00 (40 yrs of age and above)
- $856.00 (below 40 yrs of age)
Others** : $4,280.00
* Course fees after funding by MOE. Singaporeans & SPR are eligible for subsidy by MOE. Terms and conditions apply. Higher funding is applicable to workers aged 40 and above, and holding ‘A’ level qualifications and below.

Entry Requirements
Any ONE of the following qualifications AND 3 years of relevant working experience
- At least 3 'O' level passes in the following subjects:

- ITC/Higher NITEC Certificate (2 years of relevant experience if qualification is in the same discipline) ; or
- NTC2 Certificate of Merit/NITEC Certificate with at least GPA 3.5 ; or
- 3 GCE 'A' Level credits or its equivalent in the following subjects:
