Provides an overview of supply chain management with emphasis on the roles of logistics. Topics include integrated logistics concept, order cycle and logistics performance management.

Transport Management
Covers the transportation process for freight movement. Topics include costs and pricing methods for freight transport, shipping documentation, terms of sales, claims management and private fleet management.

Principles of Supervisory Management
Provides knowledge and skills pertaining to the effect of the supervisory function. Topics include planning & control, staffing, employee performance appraisal and staff motivation.

Information Technology for Transport
Provides the fundamental knowledge of Information Technology and its applications in the transport environment. Participants will be given hands-on sessions on the use of various transport management application software.
