Irene graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Arts and has postgraduate qualifications from Macquarie University in Australia . Irene has over 15 years' of experience in the retailing industry. Prior to joining Temasek, she worked with fashion retailers including Polo Ralph Lauren, ANF, Ito-Yokado and Giordano.  | Jaclyn Tan Lecturer Jaclyn Tan is a much sought after trainer in the industry and has trained retailers from more than a hundred companies. She has also conducted many retail surveys at the national level. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts, Architecture Studies degree from the University of Singapore, a graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Surrey and Teaching in Higher Education Certificate from Temasek Polytechnic. She is accredited as a teacher in Higher Education by the Staff & Educational Development Association, UK.  | Jeffrey Ho Lecturer Jeffrey Ho graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing. Graded amongst the top 15% of his cohort, he was invited to join the Monash Golden Key Chapter membership. Subsequently, he graduated with a Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce Marketing with Marketing Institute of Singapore (MIS). Before Jeffrey joined Temasek Polytechnic, he worked for two Japanese MNCs, Hitachi Asia Pte Ltd and Asahi Glass Singapore Pte Ltd respectively, where both jobs required him to travel extensively within Asia, especially South-East Asia, working in the area of Sales and Marketing. Jeffrey has taught various marketing subjects at Temasek Polytechnic and is also actively involved in part-time courses and consultation. He is also a course coordinator for the part-time courses.
