		Sue Lou Course Manager Sue holds a MA in Communication Management, BA in English Language and Geography, Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Visual Communication. She brings with her extensive marketing and communications experience, specializing in advertising & promotions, investor relations, fund raising, event planning and artiste management. Sue headed the corporate affairs & marketing, resource development and volunteer management divisions of a charity organization prior to joining Temasek Business School . 		Joyce Wu Section Head Joyce Wu obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore in 1984. She has also completed a Masters in Education programme with The University of Sheffield. Her industry link-ups and consultancy portfolio in Service Quality ranged widely from Statutory Boards to private organizations such as Apex Pharmacy, Movenpick Marche Restaurant, Marine Parade & East Coast Town Council, CityCab, Singapore MRT, Singapore Bus Service and Land Transport Authority. 		Reena Ng Lecturer Reena Ng has extensive experience in the field of marketing communications. She has worked in several international advertising agencies in the area of account planning and management. Her clients include well known brands such as Nescafe, Motorola, Opel, CK Tang, Centrepoint Properties, Carrefour and Pizza Hut. Prior to joining Temasek Polytechnic, she was with the sales and marketing division of Singapore Press Holdings, managing key accounts in the retail industry. Reena graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently a member of the Institute of Advertising Singapore. 		Paul Ng Lecturer Paul Ng holds a Master of Business Administration from the City University Business School (London), and a Bachelor of Science (Physics and Applied Physics) from The National University Of Singapore. He possesses many years of higher education teaching experience and held various positions in corporate consultancy and training on franchising, international marketing strategy and management. He also holds a Teaching in Higher Education Certificate from Staff and Educational Development Association (UK). He specialises in the areas of internet marketing and strategic marketing management. 		Philip Siow Lecturer Philip Siow has a B.Sc (Monash) 1975, B.Commerce (Qld)1981, MBA (Qld)1983 and M.Ed (Sheffield) 2003. He has worked as a management consultant and regional management positions in the chemical, health care and publishing industries before his higher calling to become an educator in Temasek Polytechnic in 1993. His consultancy clients currently come from the insurance and transport industries. Over the years he has gravitated to teach marketing research and selling-sales related fields. 		Gary Lin Lecturer Gary Lin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1993 with second class upper honors in Economics. He worked in the aviation, banking and telecommunication sectors before joining Temasek Polytechnic in 1998. He enjoys teaching marketing to his students using real life problems and cases, challenging them to think out of the box to come up with interesting and effective solutions to problems. He is also actively involved in student development within the school. He coaches student leaders in organizing various activities such as Orientation and Leadership Development camps. 		Regina Koh Lecturer Regina Koh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 with majors in English Language and Political Science and holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. She specializes in advertising and promotions, corporate affairs, brand management and event management. Prior to joining Temasek Business School, Regina worked in government-linked companies, international brand consultancy, Interbrand, and was a partner in a local event management company, Phish Communications Pte Ltd. 		Germaine Wang Lecturer Germaine Wang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing. She has very varied work experience from the civil service to the commercial sector, covering the marketing of consumer & industrial products as well as financial services. Her first job was with the CPF Board. Then she moved to Mattel toys handling advertising & promotion of Barbie dolls and Disney plush toys. Her scope broadened when she provided A&P support to an Asian distrbution network in Cummins Diesel Engine & Filtration Products. In her regional business trips, she has visited rice plantations and inspected diesel engines on board luxury liners. As she made a career switch to marketing of insurance & investment products with Prudential, she also started teaching part time at various polytechincs. In Oct 2008, she joined TP as a full time lecturer. She hopes to contribute to her students' learning experience by sharing interesting stories of her work & travels. 		Steven Ng Lecturer Steven graduated from the National University of Singapore with honours in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. He is also Six-Sigma trained with a Green Belt certification when he was working in Johnson and Johnson. Steven started his career with a boutique market research firm, serving clients like MobileOne, Microsoft and Starwood chain of hotels. He then gained valuable Sales and Marketing experience in Johnson and Johnson Consumer Singapore, in a trade marketing role. His responsibilities included managing trade promotions, forecasting and category management for Skin Care and Women’s Health categories for key accounts. 		Serene Quek Lecturer Serene graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with a BA in Advertising. Prior to joining Temasek Polytechnic, Serene was a Business Development Director with the Sesdaq-listed Scorpio East Group of Companies. There, she headed Scorpio East Pictures – negotiating, purchasing and distributing film rights for Asian markets; assessing film projects for investments, as well as launching and marketing film releases in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. Before entering the film and entertainment industry, Serene spent seven years in Advertising, starting with Ogilvy & Mather, where she received strong training in Strategic Advertising and Planning, Brand Stewardship and Client Servicing. There, she managed brands including KFC, Tops Royal-Ahold Supermarkets, SIA Cargo, Tefal and GlaxoSmithKline amongst others. Intrigued by the creative side of the business, Serene later made a switch and joined Ad Planet Group as a Copywriter. Under a Creative Director and a management who believed in her, she proceeded to win International awards and recognition.
