 | A finance graduate from the National University of Singapore, Chan Seet Meng began his career in a local bank, specializing in retail operations and credit analysis. Thereafter, he was engaged as an accountant in a statutory board, managing its accounts receivables. A corollary interest in corporate reporting led him to pursue his MBA (Accountancy) programme, on a scholarship, at the Nanyang Technological University for two years, during which he also served as adjunct tutor to business undergraduates there.  | Prior to joining the academia, Lawrence Leong was a senior officer at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He graduated with a BBA, majoring in Finance, from the NUS and holds a MSc from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He is presently an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) licensee of the Financial Planning Association of Singapore. Lawrence is actively involved in providing training for working adults from both the government service as well as the private sector.
