Poh Huimin “ I would like to thank each and every one of you for your guidance and effort during my time in TP. Much of my small accomplishment should be credited to you and what you have taught me in school will definitely assist me for a long time to come. It was fortunate for me be able to know you, and I wish you all happiness in the future. “ | ![]() |
“As I reminisce the past 3 years of my life, it seemed to have revolved around a three letter word - CMM. Certainly, I had a great time and will always be grateful for the teachings, advice, encouragement and opportunities you all have given me. I have been blessed with many friendships and have hopefully touched the lives of you all in a positive way.” | ![]() |
“ Hi lecturers, heard about the collaboration between LIME magazine and CMM students. I feel so proud of them! Great videos too! Those were the times...” “Going to TP is one of the best choices I ever made and I never regretted leaving JC for it. I’m proud to say that I am from TP CMM and I’m inspired to do well and be a good testimony of the course. I wish all my juniors will cherish and enjoy their time in CMM because it’s a great place to be and to learn.” | ![]() |
“First the good news: I’ve landed myself a permanent, fulltime job as a reporter cum subeditor! It is highly unusual for a local newspaper company to hire non-residents, let alone someone who is still a student!. It is a big shoe to fill. I will be in charge of reporting and subediting two newspapers: the Canning Examiner and Victoria Park Examiner. The circulation for both newspapers is about 46,000. Just want to say a really big THANK YOU to the CMM lecturers for allowing me to become who and what I am today.” |

“I didn't manage to see you personally on the last day of school, so thank you very much for all your help, feedback and guidance these three years. I've enjoyed CMM lots and I'm glad I picked Journalism.”
“I'm just glad that I went through CMM before going into Comm Studies. A lot of my course mates, who came from JCs, are complaining about the number of projects to be completed, the number of articles to be written, the number of presentations that need to be done... And the workload is not even half as hectic as that of CMM! All the joy, laughter, sweat and blood during the days of CMM was good training and was definitely worthwhile.”
