Students taking subjects such as Culinary Practicum, Culinary Science, Wine & Beverage, Service Practicum and Service Skills Methodology will get to enjoy having first-hand experience learning at our new S$5.5million food & beverage complex overlooking the swimming pool and reservoir.

This complex comprises of 2 dining rooms, individual and production kitchens with state-of-the-art equipment, Wine Appreciation Studio, Cooking Demonstration Theatre and other accompanying facilities will form the classrooms of our students. The students will have the very best of training and facilities to give them a solid foundation and prepare them well for the vibrant, exciting and challenging world of food & beverage business.
