Temasek Business School started in August 1990 with its first diploma – Diploma in Business. Since then, the School has grown from strength to strength. Today, we offer 13 full-time diploma courses in various disciplines.

In addition to full-time courses, the School also offers an array of part-time diploma and certificate courses for adult learners as well as customized short courses to meet the specialized needs of the industry.

To ensure that the students get the relevant and up-to-date training in their respective courses, Temasek Business School employs a team of academic staff with rich industry experience and knowledge. The staff bring with them a wide network of industry contacts and actively engage in consulting work.

The School believes in adding value to our students' learning by designing a flexible and ability-based curriculum. We also adopt the Problem-Based Learning approach in many of our subjects, an approach which aims to develop independent learning and problem-solving skills in our students. All these, together with industry attachments for all our final year students, serve to prepare our students for the world of work and a future of dynamic change.
